From Picture to Page papercraft show

Our show is coming up on 12th and 13th October at Sportingbet Park (formerly Sandown Park raceway), in The Vintage Room.
Yes, unfortunately we've had to move from the Whitehorse Club in East Burwood due to the new manager having a vision for the venue that doesn't include craft shows such as ours. Despite the fact that we have been going there twice a year for 8 years and without even a courtesy call to ascertain whether we did indeed still want our booking which was made months ago.  

But, it's all good! And we're excited  because we reckon that Sandown Raceway is a better venue for us. There is heaps and heaps of free parking, more room inside the venue which means bigger stands, wider aisles and easier access for you.
Entry is only $10.00 and kids under 16 are free entry. Reluctant husbands also get in for free.
Once again there's our free supervised kids card-making corner kids under 8 with an adult please - (and yes it's really in a corner) which gives you the opportunity to shop and watch demos of things that you are interested in while we keep the kids amused.
Speaking of demos 20 of our 27 traders are giving free demos and 7 are doing make-n-takes.

If you are coming from the city end then take the exit off Princes Hwy that takes you over the bridge into the park (this is Racecourse Rd). Park in the public car parks not the members, and the Vintage Room is to your left. We'll have a balloon trail to the venue from the car park, however you can see it from there quite easily.

If you are coming from the south please note there are roadworks at the Springvale station Crossing, so you need to head north on Springvale Rd and turn right at Heatherton Rd, then take a left into Corrigan Rd and turn left into Racecourse Rd. This will take you to the carpark. Follow the balloon trail to The Vintage Room.

You can also catch a train to Sandown Park Station and from there it's a 5 minute walk through the grounds of the racecourse to the venue.

Hi Chloe, it's in Victoria. The Monash freeway goes very close to the entrance so really easy to get to.
I hope it's do-able for you.
