I agree with the amount of threads now it is getting a bit overwhelming to navigate through Bec. (One of the reasons I asked people to be as concise as possible with their listings.)

Next time I think we may restrict to only one listing per vendor with all items together to keep it short & sweet.

I must admit it was a PITA at the start to have separate threads which is why I have sneakily posted all of mine in the same colour way as one thread. If I have two colour ways like last month I didn't mind doing two. If I had a separate thread for each one I would have 13 threads!

I think if they are different things then to have separate threads maybe but say if you have pins, flowers and buttons say then have three threads especially if you have multiple items in each?

I agree with what has been said, that it can be painful to look thru so many different threads, but with all the different items i have available, i am pretty sure if i tried to put them all in one thread, they wouldn't fit!

Maybe another option could be to make folders within the CM thread, called flowers, buttons, pins, mixed embellies, and other!!?? Would that help? Then people could just list their goodies in the appropriate thread! Smile

Maybe a folder for each seller would be good. I purchased from one and didn't realise they had more listings till after I had ordered and paid .... I would have bought more had I seen it earlier Sad

Yeah sellers folder would be better I'd think. Other wise I would have to have one for doilies, one for trims, another for flowers and another for embellies

We could do seller's folders but i would need to know in advance who is going to be selling cos the folders can only be made by admin! Which would mean that anybody who came across us during the weekend and wanted to sell wouldn't have a folder!! Smile

Maybe just have it that people must try to make them as concise as possible. Like with like where possible, and threads not too long?
Personally I'd rather stick to just having the one thread per colour way for myself

I did think of that idea as well but can see what you mean about how it might not work. Maybe even if the "regulars" have a folder and then just have another folder for any other people who might join in?

I think sellers folder could be the way to go too. That way, we can ensure that anyone that wants to sell have registered / booked in with us prior to start time. As one of my favourite sayings goes 'you snooze, you lose!' Wink
