That last pic reminds me when one of my son was younger, he was attacked by a kangaroo, that's exactly what his back looked like. The kangaroo was a local attraction where the tourist could feed & pat them. The doctor reported the incident & the kangaroo was taken away.

I was very mindful of what kangaroos are capable of when Brielle was patting them at the zoo yesterday. We were VERY careful!

Yes, I can still remember him running into our shop screaming, & he went so pale when the shock set in, I can still see
scars on his back, lucky they are only faint ones now.
When I see parents letting their kids pat the kangaroo's , they don't realize what they are capable of.
So glad you kept kept a watchful eye out when Brielle was patting them Sue.

Yep, I know what they can do to people. They arent just cute & cuddly. I watched some other parents & kids there yesterday and people seemed fairly oblivious of the potential danger of them.

Holy Cow! Poor guy. I too wondered about who was taking the pics? As for not getting in the car - those things would tear a car apart in minutes. Very scary.

Joy - that is wild about your son. You are right, you really do have to be careful with any animal - they all have the potential to do alot of harm tame or not tame.
